Senior Manual Tester

It has a long-standing relationship exceeding a decade with a leading financial group in the Nordic countries. Currently, over 200 Jit personnel are involved in more than 60 projects for this Norwegian financial services provider known for its global presence and focus on modern technology. The client's work environment is characterized by Scandinavian culture emphasizing work-life balance and feedback culture, with projects executed in international teams using English as the working language.

• At least 8 years of experience in software testing
• Hands-on experience with E2E testing
• Experience with REST API testing
• Experience with test management tools
• Practical experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Very good command of English
• General testing knowledge at ISTQB Foundation Level
• Experience in the mortgage domain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Experience working in Agile teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with API test automation tools (e.g., Postman collections, REST Assured, Cypress)
• Experience working with PEGA
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience testing microservices-based architectures
• Experience with modern web and mobile UI testing

• Continuous testing of new functionalities
• Maintaining and improving test cases in line with standards
• Executing and reviewing Daily Test Runs
• Updating test repositories and management tools
• Planning and executing regression tests for each release
• Identifying, reporting, and verifying defects early
• Supporting the team with insights and testing recommendations
• Designing new test scenarios and improving existing ones
• Conducting end-to-end (E2E) testing across applications and systems
