Sales Operations Analyst (Manufacturing, Lifescience, Tech with German)

The Sales Operations Analyst position is part of the Bid & Solution Team supporting key bid projects collaborating internationally, including Germany, Poland, and India.

• Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, economy, or a comparable qualification
• Fluency in German and good command of English
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI
• Reliable, self-disciplined, organized, with advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Quick understanding of complex relationships and strong affinity for numbers
• Ability to work independently with high-quality standards

• Support for business development cost control
• Control and maintenance of the CRM system
• Maintain the sales funnel, organize sales funnel meetings, and prepare sales forecasts
• Collaborate with Bid Teams in planning and analyzing budget deviations
• Screening of contractual documents
• Optimize tools supporting reporting and planning
• Prepare presentations for Management Staff
• Operational work with Capgemini systems
