Compliance - Senior Consultant (Life Science exp mandatory)

• Minimum 4 - 6 years strategic management consulting or legal experience, preferably with a Big 4, strategy consulting, specialized healthcare consulting, or law firm
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; MBA, Law Degree (JD or equivalent), or another master’s degree preferred
• Successful track record delivering projects on time and on budget
• Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Entrepreneurial, independent worker, organized, and self-motivated
• Analytical and quantitative skills, strong business acumen, and excellent leadership abilities
• Willingness to have a different opinion and ability to articulate thoughts and concepts well
• Ability and willingness to improve skills related to IQVIA core competencies
• Willingness to travel
• Experience or knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, compliance, and risk management issues is a strong plus

• Support and lead consulting projects
• Lead clients in business workshops and interviews
• Develop project deliverables including data analyses, reports, process reviews, policies, and SOPs
• Develop, articulate, and present ideas and opinions
• Manage and take accountability for projects
• Provide mentorship for junior staff members
• Develop relationships with clients and identify future opportunities
• Create project deliverables with oversight by senior staff
• Support in growing the organization
• Other duties as assigned
