Junior Server Systems Administrator / Młodszy/-a Administrator/-ka Systemów Serwerowych

CodeTwo uses Microsoft-based technologies to support internal IT infrastructure for organizational work.

• Fascination with technology and willingness to develop in IT, supported by at least basic understanding of planning and implementing IT infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks and IT infrastructure based on Microsoft solutions.
• Commitment and professional approach to work with emphasis on quality.
• Independence, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Orientation towards development and learning, working with many new technologies.
• Proficiency in English allowing free reading of documentation and communication with third-party support.
• Excellent command of Polish language, both spoken and written.
• At least one year of experience on a similar junior position or completed internship is welcome.

• Support in planning, development, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems used by CodeTwo, including technologies like Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL Server, Hyper-V, SCVMM, 3CX, Azure DevOps.
• Monitoring and maintaining continuity of infrastructure and IT services used in the organization.
• Ensuring security of the infrastructure and IT services used by the company.
• Managing appropriate access levels of CodeTwo employees and external persons to infrastructure and IT services.
• Performing administrative tasks in the computer network.
• Maintaining and servicing workstations and servers.
• Keeping inventory records of hardware and equipment.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation of infrastructure and IT services used by the company.
