Team Leader for Penetration Test Coordination Team

BNP PARIBAS is a leading European bank. The role is within the EMEA IT Risk and Cybersecurity Office, part of the IT Directorate of BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB). The position involves being part of the EMEA Ethical Hacking team focused on penetration testing coordination for CIB EMEA.

• At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar position (project management/service delivery)
• Strong experience in services delivery and team management in worldwide organizations
• Strong experience in cybersecurity related practices (preferably pentests or pentest coordination)
• Problem-solving mindset and hands-on experience in international process/procedure implementation
• Ability to manage/facilitate meetings or committees
• Ability to work effectively and in strong collaboration with teams located in multiple countries
• Ability to manage a service with dependencies on teams located in multiple countries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in computer science, cybersecurity or related fields

• Directly leads the pentest coordination team for EMEA to ensure the planning and tracking of all pentests for CIB EMEA based on the annual Book of Work
• Collaborates directly and frequently with CIB pentest services in India to ensure delivery, quality, and technical reviews and coordination
• Oversees and maintains the highest level of quality in the reporting tools while ensuring and controlling compliance of EMEA pentests with CIB internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Supports reporting for audits (internal and external), follows KPIs/KRIs and controls requested by CIB internal procedures, to provide visibility to stakeholders and to contribute to audit readiness
• Oversees the EMEA pentest third parties contracts, consolidation and consumption, assists in new contracts to ensure adequate use of the budget aligned with CIB EMEA needs and priorities
