• Basic knowledge of computer networks and Microsoft-based IT infrastructure.
• Commitment and professional approach to work with emphasis on quality.

• Willingness to learn and develop using new technologies.
• Proficient knowledge of English sufficient for reading documentation and communication with third-party support.
• Excellent command of Polish language both spoken and written.

• Support planning, development, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems using technologies like Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL Server, Hyper-V, SCVMM, 3CX, and Azure DevOps.
• Monitor and maintain continuity of IT infrastructure and services.
• Ensure security of IT infrastructure and services.
• Manage appropriate access levels for employees and external users.
• Perform administrative tasks in the computer network.
• Maintain and service workstations and servers.
• Keep records of equipment and assets.
• Create and maintain technical documentation of IT infrastructure and services.
