Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager – Security Technologies

The client is a leader in the cybersecurity industry dedicated to safeguarding digital assets and delivering cutting-edge security solutions across Europe.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex cybersecurity projects or programs.
• Proven leadership experience managing project teams and vendor relations.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Experience with security technology implementations including IAM/PAM, SOC/SIEM/SOAR, Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Security, Network Security, or Cloud Security.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in designing security scenarios and managing infrastructure during project implementation.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of project management tools such as Prince2, PMI, or Scrum.
• Certifications in project management frameworks or cybersecurity standards.

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity projects across multiple technological domains, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate and oversee project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to meet project scope and objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, strategic planning sessions, and presentations for senior stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
• Manage vendor relationships, including RFP processes, negotiations, SLA oversight, and quality assurance.
• Apply project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress effectively.
• Oversee infrastructure, hardware, and software management during project execution and product deployment.
• Design and implement security scenarios to address evolving cyber threats and risks.
• Promote best practices in project execution within a matrix environment involving IT, security, legal, and risk teams.
