Senior Software Engineer

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Advanced object-oriented programming skills, preferably in C#.
• Strong experience with database design, SQL, and backend services.
• Experience with IoT and/or hardware devices is a plus.
• Proven implementation and improvement of unit testing and automated testing strategies.
• Experience with distributed systems, real-time communications, or high-performance applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack software across diverse platforms and technologies.
• Architect solutions balancing scalability, performance, and maintainability for device protocol communications.
• Research emerging technologies and champion their adoption.
• Guide the software development lifecycle from requirements through deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
• Make strategic technical decisions and influence broader team approaches.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, architectural coaching, and career guidance.
• Contribute innovative ideas driving continuous product and process improvement.
