Manager (Low-Code Platforms, Release Management)

The hub consists of over 400 professionals driving digital transformation across various low-code technologies and platforms such as Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, Pega, SAP, ServiceNow, and Oracle Apex. The team enables businesses to deliver solutions that accelerate application development, streamline workflows, integrate systems seamlessly, and foster innovation. The hiring locations include Poznań, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Opole, Kraków, and Katowice.

• Experience in Release Management, Change Management, or Application Lifecycle Management.
• Understanding of low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Oracle APEX, OutSystems, Mendix, or similar technologies.
• Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with release automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes is an advantage.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage application releases across development, testing, and production environments.
• Define and maintain release schedules and deployment calendars.
• Coordinate release activities with development, QA, operations, and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with release management processes, controls, and governance standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate release-related risks and dependencies.
• Monitor release readiness and support deployment execution.
• Manage release documentation, communications, and status reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of release management practices and processes.
