Machine Learning Engineer

Cyclad is an international consulting company specializing in the IT/ICT sectors, providing a broad array of outsourcing services in HR and IT. They serve diverse industries including Banking, Aviation, Travel, Cybersecurity, and BPO, tailoring solutions to unique sector challenges.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, or Computing with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience handling large datasets, excellent Python programming skills.
• Cloud application development experience with Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, ETL workflows, data pipelines, Apache Airflow, or Kubeflow.
• Knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD, Git, Unix and Linux environments.
• Experience with RESTful API design, machine learning and deep learning concepts, model deployment and monitoring.
• Strong problem solving, debugging, troubleshooting, and complex solution design skills.
• Very good English language skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch and ML or DL algorithms.
• Familiarity with oilfield terminology, IoT or Edge technology, and open-source contributions.
• Knowledge of Flink, Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Storm, Hive, Pig, and NoSQL stores.

• Write production-ready code using GPU or CPU resources according to ML workload needs.
• Architect, automate and orchestrate cloud DevOps and MLOps pipelines.
• Create reusable tools and frameworks for monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining ML solutions.
• Design and implement ETL and data engineering pipelines.
• Translate business problems into scalable solutions ensuring continuity and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Domain Experts, and Product Owners to build and deploy AI products.
• Run internal workshops, attend external conferences, and deliver talks.
• Keep current with AI and ML developments and apply relevant practices.

• Candidates must have EU citizenship and residence in Poland.
