MS Dynamics 365 Sales & Purchases Stream Leader

Cyclad is an international consulting company specializing in IT/ICT sectors, providing outsourcing services in HR and IT across diverse industries including Banking, Aviation, Travel, Cybersecurity, and BPO.

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Sales and Purchases.
• At least 10 years delivering international ERP implementations and core model rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes including sales orders, customer data, pricing, invoicing, shipment, credit, and billing.
• Strong knowledge of Source to Pay processes including procurement, purchase orders, invoices, vendors, and approval workflows.
• Integration knowledge including APIs, EDI, middleware, interface validation, and data mapping.
• At least 8 years leading data migration, ETL, and reconciliation activities.
• Ability to create functional specifications, scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently internationally.
• Fluent English.
• European Union citizenship and residence in Poland.

• Global D365 F&O transformation leadership and distributed international delivery experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and finance processes and multinational enterprise experience.

• Lead the Sales and Purchases functional stream in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation.
• Coordinate, mentor, onboard, and validate competencies of functional consultants.
• Manage fit gap analysis, solution design, configuration, SIT and UAT, data migration, go live, rollout, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Data Migration, Development, and Integration teams.
• Review functional deliverables, manage risks, support business decisions.
• Lead workshops, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Work remotely from Poland with travel to South America, Europe, and Asia.

Must have European Union citizenship and residence in Poland.
