• 6+ years of professional experience with enterprise CMS platforms.
• Extensive hands on experience with Optimizely CMS.
• Experience with multilingual, multi-market websites and master site rollouts across countries.
• Strong expertise in content architecture, governance, localization and CMS best practices.
• Ability to advise stakeholders and challenge non-standard solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in international enterprise environments.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• EU citizenship and residence in Poland.

Nice to have:

• Experience defining CMS governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of digital content strategy and editorial workflows.
• Experience with enterprise website transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Serve as the Optimizely CMS subject matter expert for the global website platform.
• Define best practices for content architecture, site structures, page hierarchies and assets.
• Support the global master site and scalable multi-market rollouts.
• Maintain governance standards across global and local implementations.
• Guide teams and markets on the global content model and localization.
• Check local implementations against approved architecture, governance and content standards.
• Review solutions for scalability, maintainability and platform consistency.
• Advise on permissions, editorial workflows and access management.
• Improve implementation guidelines and rollout processes with platform owners.
• Identify opportunities to streamline future market deployments.

EU citizenship and residence in Poland required.
