Senior ETL Engineer

• At least 5 years of professional experience in BI, data or SQL programming
• Hands on experience with SSIS and OLAP cubes
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including SQL Server
• Practical experience with MDX optimization techniques
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to understand business needs, investigate data related issues and propose effective technical solutions
• Good knowledge of Polish and English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse or Azure Data Lake
• Consulting or client facing experience

• Design, develop and maintain analytical solutions, ETL processes and data pipelines using SSIS, MDX, SQL and OLAP cubes
• Create and maintain semantic models and analytical datasets
• Develop interactive reports based on business requirements
• Optimize data models for performance, scalability and accuracy
• Analyze business requirements and investigate root causes of data issues
• Translate stakeholder needs into effective technical solutions
• Maintain technical documentation, data models and solution designs
