Software Developer (Mendix)

Cyclad is an international consulting company specializing in IT/ICT sectors, offering outsourcing services in HR and IT. They serve diverse industries including Banking, Aviation, Travel, Cybersecurity, and BPO, tailoring solutions to industry-specific challenges.

• At least 3 years of hands-on integration, middleware, or enterprise integration experience.
• Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, or iPaaS, plus Mendix or another low code platform.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, workflow orchestration, and enterprise connectivity.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Agile software development.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and modern integration protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent English.
• Availability for service window 08:00–20:00 and 24/7 on-call rotation.
• EU citizenship, residence in Poland, and successful criminal record and BIK checks.
• Ability to work in a Secure Room without personal electronic devices.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Infrastructure automation, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and observability.
• Experience in secure or regulated enterprise environments and knowledge of DevSecOps.

• Design, develop and operate secure, scalable integration flows and data processing with Boomi, Mendix, and low code technologies.
• Deploy and optimize runtime and middleware components across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Support APIs and enterprise connectivity.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain high availability and production stability.
• Handle incidents, maintenance, and 24/7 on-call duties including nights and weekends.
• Automate deployment pipelines and operations.
• Collaborate with Agile teams on platform quality, security, and continuous improvement.
• Work in a Secure Room where mobile phones and personal electronic devices are not permitted.

EU citizenship, residence in Poland, and background checks including criminal record and BIK verification are required. Work requires presence in a Secure Room without personal electronic devices.
