ServiceNow Technical Architect - IRM

• Outstanding knowledge of NowPlatform architecture with a minimum of 4+ years of experience.
• At least 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification for IRM.
• Experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead in Integrated Risk Management (GRC).
• Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Java.
• Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC.
• English language proficiency (C1) or other European languages would be an advantage but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or economic field.

• Lead the technical design and implementation of the ServiceNow IRM module, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards.
• Develop and maintain the architecture for IRM solutions, integrating with other ServiceNow modules and third-party applications as needed.
• Oversee customization and configuration of the ServiceNow platform to meet IRM requirements including risk assessment, compliance management, and audit management.
• Cooperate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Lead a team of developers in creating custom applications, workflows, and reports within ServiceNow.
• Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
• Monitor system performance and usage, recommending improvements and optimizations.
• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators for effective use of IRM solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, configurations, and processes.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and IRM trends promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with IRM implementation and operation.
• Ensure all IRM solutions comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
