Senior AI Business Analyst / AI Product Engineer (m/f/d)

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Analyst, or similar role in Agile organizations (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong requirements engineering skills including identifying, exploring, and refining business needs, challenging technical matters, and translating input into actionable product requirements.
• Experience working closely with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand strategic objectives and support product development.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude/GPT, Gemini, AI Agents) in daily work.
• Experience preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, process modeling, and writing technical documentation.
• Fluent English (minimum B2).

Nice to have:

• Experience with data quality topics, regulatory requirements, or product compliance.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, or reporting tools.
• Experience building advanced AI automation solutions, tools, or custom agents.
• Experience in UX/UI design and customer journey mapping.
• German language skills.

• Capture, understand and challenge requirements through workshops, interviews, user observation, and competitive analysis.
• Drive AI-powered product innovation by analyzing challenges and opportunities and adapting emerging AI capabilities.
• Conduct requirements engineering: structure user stories, prepare acceptance criteria, process and data flow diagrams, and technical documentation, maintaining them in Jira and Confluence.
• Build, validate, and scale AI-powered solutions including PRDs, user stories, process designs, rapid prototypes, and independently deliver smaller AI-powered features.
• Perform AI-assisted business analysis to conduct research, optimize processes, discover connections and data, and critically review AI outputs with attention to security and compliance.
• Act as an AI multiplier by establishing reusable AI skills, agents, frameworks, and working methods, coaching colleagues, and embedding AI know-how.
• Facilitate cross-team communication by translating between customer and engineering language, supporting Product Owner, Business Analysts, customers, and management.
• Share knowledge and promote continuous improvement within the team.
