Fullstack Engineer (Java, React)

Our Client is one of the world's largest global banks and a leader in digital transformation of banking services. Cracow serves as one of its most important technological centers where the majority of projects are delivered. The project focuses on strengthening stability across the bank’s production environments through a comprehensive QA and monitoring solution that continuously monitors performance and availability, detects issues, identifies errors, and automatically reports incidents.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in production applications development in Java or Python ecosystems including front-end development
• Proficiency in Java and Web API development with strong troubleshooting skills
• Expertise in database design and SQL Server skills, including advanced T-SQL scripting, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Comprehensive experience in DevOps activities like continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail

• Participate in software architecture design
• Lead UI changes and improvements to increase overall UX and application stability
• Implement solutions according to best Design Patterns
• Analyze requirements to fully understand solutions and recommend improvements
• Create comprehensive and clear documentation for developed solutions
• Develop and work on application prototypes to validate concepts and designs
• Manage Changes through the Service management lifecycle
• Actively involve in automation and improvement of Service Management lifecycle
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing and resolving issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
