Qt/QML Software Engineer with French

The team you would join is focused on HMI development, creating cutting-edge human-machine interfaces for in-vehicle infotainment systems and industry 4.0 solutions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
• At least 1 year of commercial experience in QML cross-platform application development
• Experience in developing Qt based GUIs
• Strong C++ programming skills including modern standards
• Knowledge of architecture and design patterns
• Familiarity with version control, code review, and integration tools
• Communicative proficiency in English (C1 level)
• Communicative proficiency in French (C1 level)

Nice to have:

• Experience using AI tools in daily workflow
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Proof of Concept
• Experience with Embedded Linux (Yocto)
• Knowledge of Docker
• Programming experience in Python
• Experience contributing to open source projects

• Design and develop human-machine interfaces using Qt and QML
• Collaborate with The Qt Company’s R&D departments
• Work on internal R&D projects with allocated budgets
• Influence the development of software architecture
• Participate in creating Qt applications for smart home devices, automotive solutions, and medical software
• Possibly give lectures at large events like QtWS or trainings for external companies
