Regional AI Run Lead

• Senior delivery or engineering leadership experience with a hands-on track record of shipping AI-native work (not just advisory).
• Comfortable owning commercial outcomes including numbers and P&L-adjacent results.
• Practical experience with modern AI-assisted engineering tools and agentic delivery approaches through direct use.
• Experience shaping commercial structures such as SOWs, RFPs, managed-output, or outcome-based models and negotiating with senior clients.
• Proven ability to build or scale delivery accelerators, reusable assets, or engineering platforms across teams.
• Experience operating across multiple regions, delivery centers, large accounts, or large-scale delivery programs.
• Strong preference for sharing knowledge across teams and geographies rather than keeping approaches local.
• Credibility to make maturity judgments influencing client decisions directly.

• Own regional AI maturity: map every delivery center's maturity level, assign local owners and cadences, and advance teams toward AI-native delivery (L2/L3).
• Scale AI-native delivery activation across live accounts including AI Factory and delivery-as-code practices; capture and integrate proven delivery patterns.
• Drive commercial enablement by engaging early in RFPs and renewals; shape managed-output and fixed-fee commercial structures to improve margin and reduce time-and-materials engagements.
• Build and deploy AI-native engineering capacity through structured enablement cohorts; champion practitioner networks; grow AI Factory–ready senior talent.
• Support client transformation by bringing AI maturity and transformation credibility to client conversations where regional deals are decided.
• Harvest reusable assets, accelerators, and delivery patterns from regional projects and integrate them into the global AI-native delivery framework.
• Lead and develop a lean, cross-location core team of AI-native solution architects, senior practitioners, and small engineering squads delivering lighthouse projects.
• Track and report outcome metrics: regional maturity scores, signed AI-native/managed-output SOWs, trained AI-native talent volume, client revenue and margin impact, and reusable asset adoption across regions.
