This role is for a Team Lead in the Data Science team responsible for technical and disciplinary leadership. The position involves hands-on development of data and AI products, managing the entire machine learning model lifecycle, and guiding deployment on the Google Cloud Platform. Wymagania

Several years of professional experience in developing and operationalizing data science and AI products.
Outstanding knowledge of Python for data analysis, data engineering, and ML model development.
Deep hands-on experience with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.
Practical experience in MLOps and CI/CD; familiarity with tools like Terraform and dbt is ideal.
Understanding and mastery of the full machine learning model lifecycle including experimentation, training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining strategies.
Leadership skills with experience in motivating and supporting a team.
Strong analytical skills, structured work approach, and proactive problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Obowiązki

Lead the technical and disciplinary aspects of the Data Science team.
Develop innovative data and AI products using machine learning methods.
Manage the entire lifecycle of machine learning models from exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, algorithm selection and training, to evaluation and validation.
Work on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and oversee the deployment of ML models into production.
Establish best practices in data science, machine learning, and MLOps.
Support the personal and professional development of team members.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement AI product solutions.
