• Curiosity about how AI systems retrieve, interpret and surface information and support content management and processes
• Ability to evaluate new technologies and identify practical business use cases
• Experience creating prototypes, automations, workflows or proof-of-concepts
• Familiarity with AI-native tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, Replit, Lovable or similar
• Interest in emerging ecosystems including agentic AI, workflow automation, voice, synthetic media and intelligent search
• Ability to work confidently with clients and stakeholders, explaining complex concepts simply
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across business, content and technology teams

Nice to have:

• Experience building something using AI rather than only using AI tools
• Maintaining side projects, experiments or prototypes
• Experience with technologies such as Claude Code, ElevenLabs, Cursor, Runway, n8n, Vapi, Perplexity APIs or similar
• Ability to demonstrate how a technology solved a business problem in the content space
• Excited by ambiguity and enjoys figuring things out

• Explore emerging technologies and identify opportunities for clients
• Build prototypes, demos and accelerators using AI tools and platforms
• Support projects focused on SEO, AEO, GEO and AI-driven discovery
• Help clients improve content visibility, discoverability and performance
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate directly with stakeholders
• Contribute to the growth of the practice through innovation, experimentation and new ideas
