Fullstack Developer - AI Sales Assistant

Procter & Gamble is offering a role for a Fullstack Developer to work on designing, developing, and executing complex software solutions that address business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams including AI engineers and Data Scientists. The position is based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model (3 days office, 2 days remote).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in software development focused on quality and timely delivery.
• Expert in advanced Python programming, design patterns, and crafting performant APIs with FastAPI.
• Highly proficient in advanced Next.js development.
• Proficient in leveraging metadata for governance of transactional databases including schema definition and data lineage.
• Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Working knowledge of data engineering principles, Agentic Application Architecture, AI, and ML concepts with associated frameworks.
• Certification in Azure Developer or Google Cloud Engineer Professional is preferred.

• Translate system requirements and user stories into robust supportable design and code.
• Develop and test code ensuring it functions as designed.
• Implement code across software development life cycle preferring CI/CD tooling for deployment and integration.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations teams, AI engineers, and Data Scientists for integrated systems.
• Contribute to architecture design of the application where applicable.
