• Bachelor's Degree in health, clinical, biological, mathematical sciences or related field with proven data management experience. • 3-4 years direct Data Management experience including at least 1 year as a CDM project lead. • English fluency (spoken) and advanced proficiency. • Advanced skills in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Inbox. • Advanced understanding of drug development lifecycle and overall clinical research process.

• Gather Study Set up requirements through stakeholder communication. • Support and overview validation of new Device integrations with minimal guidance. • Oversee and perform regular Data cleaning activities to ensure quality and timely deliverables. • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. • Ensure service and quality meet timelines and contract deliverables with guidance. • Support training of new joiners. • Lead internal study meetings, sponsor audits, and participate in kickoff and sponsor meetings. • Track and manage projects, identify risks and take corrective actions. • Manage oversight of new technology and database revisions implementation with guidance. • Collaborate closely with programming team for process innovation and automation. • Ensure compliance to training and eSOP reading. • Provide review and expert opinion in developing and maintaining core procedures. • Communication with Line Manager and cross-functional team collaboration. • Perform other duties as directed by Line Manager.
