Senior SRE Lead – Kubernetes

Must have:

• 10+ years of overall IT/infrastructure experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts, operations, and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of containers and orchestration
• Solid Unix/Linux administration skills
• Experience troubleshooting production infrastructure and analyzing logs and monitoring data
• Understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call and weekend support
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience with Service Mesh technologies
• Experience with Kubernetes platform engineering
• Knowledge of advanced infrastructure automation
• Experience leading or coordinating an engineering/SRE team
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the Kubernetes infrastructure platform
• Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Kubernetes
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure incidents, performance issues, and integration failures
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term reliability improvements
• Analyze logs, monitoring data, and platform metrics to identify potential issues
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve platform resilience
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, including weekend support
• Coordinate a local team of 5 engineers, including monthly schedules and on-call rotations
• Work closely with the Global SRE Team Lead to coordinate the local team's contribution to global workloads
