Our client is a leader in advanced cybersecurity and quantum-safe program delivery, operating complex multi-workstream technology initiatives in cyber and quantum space.
Wymagania
- At least 7 years of experience leading MI, analytics, or reporting for complex, multi-workstream technology or cyber programmes.
- Strong proficiency in defining meaningful KPIs and metrics, including data governance and assurance processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Proven experience with dashboarding and enterprise BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, alongside advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Hands-on experience with delivery tools and data sources like JIRA, telemetry, and inventory/discovery outputs.
- Capability to manage reporting cadences and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
Nice to have:
- Experience in cybersecurity analytics, cyber risk MI, or technology risk reporting.
- Familiarity with quantum-safe / PQC programme concepts and delivery implications.
- Experience in federated and global delivery structures, consolidating data into coherent reports.
- Previous experience within highly regulated financial institutions or similar environments.
Obowiązki
- Define and maintain KPI frameworks, including metric definitions, calculation logic, thresholds, and ownership.
- Design standard reporting packages and dashboards for various audiences including leadership and governance forums.
- Establish a single version of the truth for programme performance reporting by defining data sources, lineage, controls, and documentation.
- Partner with data owners to address data gaps, enhance quality, and standardize inputs across teams and systems.
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytics products to monitor progress, risks, and dependencies providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support prioritization, sequencing, and risk mitigation decisions.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and repeatability.
- Present Management Information insights to senior stakeholders with clear visuals and narratives.
- Continuously improve KPI design, reporting usability, and stakeholder engagement based on feedback and evolving programme dynamics.
