Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

InPost is a major European out-of-home (OOH) e-commerce enablement platform, operating over 64,000 Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) and more than 30,000 pick-up and drop-off points across nine European countries. Founded in 1999, it provides parcel delivery and courier services for e-commerce merchants and delivered 1.4 billion parcels in 2025. It focuses on technology-driven, flexible, and environmentally friendly delivery solutions.

• University degree
• Solid grounding in both business and technical domains
• Strong understanding of market and customer needs
• Competence in market and competitor analysis
• Ability to define business value
• Familiarity with Agile approaches (Agile, Scrum)
• Experience managing product lifecycle: requirement gathering, backlog prioritization, cooperation with teams and stakeholders
• English proficiency at minimum C1 level
• Business understanding of e-commerce market and customer needs
• Analytical skills including data analysis, KPI definition, and problem-solving

• Identify customer needs related to product development and translate them into actionable items
• Develop and maintain product vision ensuring consistency across deliverables
• Coordinate with IT solution providers including scoping, monitoring, and accepting development work
• Maintain cooperation with internal and external business partners
• Develop and update product knowledge base through market and competitor analysis
• Cooperate with teams within Digital & Strategy Office, Technology, and supporting areas
• Maintain product backlog: create, update, and set priorities
• Engage with stakeholders continuously
• Prepare and clarify functional and non-functional requirements
