Transition Manager

Itelence is a fast-growing IT outsourcing and BPO company providing nearshoring and offshoring solutions across Europe and North America. Core services include IT Staff Augmentation, Data Engineering & BI using Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy, Cloud Support, Multilingual Help Desk, BPO Services including financial operations, and Nearshoring & Offshoring with dedicated cross-border teams.

• Experience as a Finance Transition Manager, Finance Project Manager, Transition Manager, or similar role.
• Experience in transformation, migration, or transfer of financial processes.
• Good knowledge of financial and accounting processes within SSC/GBS or international organizations.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage schedules, priorities, risks, and project dependencies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; independence, proactivity, and decision-making ability.
• Very good English skills at minimum B2/C1 level.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to Luxembourg.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Finance Transformation, Transition or Migration projects and process transfers to SSC/GBS.
• Knowledge of financial systems, including SAP.
• Experience migrating or implementing financial systems.
• Project management certificates such as PMP or PRINCE2.

• Manage transformation and transition of financial processes in a multinational project.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor transition activities according to schedule and project goals.
• Coordinate transfer of processes between teams and locations, including knowledge and documentation transfer.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare status updates, report progress, and collaborate with financial, business, and operational stakeholders.
• Support standardization, optimization, testing, data migration, go-live, and stabilization of processes after takeover.
