AI Process Engineer / AI Scientist (AI Process Automation)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process automation, software engineering, AI, data engineering, business analysis or related fields.
• Experience with Process Automation and/or BPM.
• Experience designing and automating business processes.
• Practical knowledge of UiPath, Maisa and/or Noxus.
• Experience with Low-Code / No-Code platforms.
• Practical experience with Generative AI / LLMs.
• Experience designing or working with AI Agents.
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of API integrations.
• Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into technology solutions.
• Experience working with business users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English to work in an international environment.

• Design and implement AI Agents supporting business processes.
• Design and optimise prompts.
• Build prototypes and validate AI solutions.
• Work with UiPath, Maisa and Noxus.
• Use Low-Code / No-Code platforms to build automation solutions.
• Design workflow orchestration.
• Collaborate with business users and citizen developers.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems through APIs.
• Analyse the effectiveness of implemented automation.
• Document processes, workflows and technical solutions.
• Develop reusable automation patterns and best practices.
