Squad Lead – AI Process Automation

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, process automation, solution architecture, AI or related field.
• Experience leading technical teams, squads or complex technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Process Automation and Business Process Management (BPM).
• Experience designing workflows and workflow orchestration.
• Practical experience with UiPath, Maisa and/or Noxus.
• Experience with Low-Code / No-Code platforms.
• Practical experience with AI Agents and Generative AI.
• Hands-on knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with API-based system integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Knowledge of modern software development processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English for working in an international environment.

• Lead a cross-functional squad delivering AI Process Automation solutions.
• Define the technical direction and architecture of automation solutions.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for AI-powered automation.
• Design and oversee workflows and end-to-end process automation.
• Support business users and citizen developers in building scalable automation solutions.
• Work with Process Automation, BPM and Low-Code/No-Code technologies.
• Design solutions using AI Agents and Generative AI.
• Apply Prompt Engineering in AI-powered automation solutions.
• Oversee integrations between automation solutions and internal/external systems via APIs.
• Establish standards, best practices and reusable patterns for process automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, architecture, security and technology teams.
• Ensure scalability, security, quality and maintainability of delivered solutions.
• Mentor squad members and support capability development across AI and automation.
