Wymagania

5+ years building backend software at a product company with real production service ownership.
Strong Java skills including APIs, async processing, concurrency, and performance tuning.
Solid SQL knowledge in backend context; experience with schema design, query optimization, and migrations (using MySQL and ClickHouse).
Architectural judgment on API and service design impacting data flow, latency, and failure modes.
Experience running services on Kubernetes and AWS (EKS, IAM, RDS, S3).
Familiarity with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, GitOps tools like ArgoCD/Flux, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
Proficient with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry; writing tests as habit.
Experience shipping production code with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and directing them effectively.
Ability to work independently in a distributed, asynchronous team.
Fluent English.

Obowiązki

Design and build robust backend services and APIs in Java for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
Ship product features end-to-end working with product and customers.
Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of owned services in production on AWS/Kubernetes.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and observability.
Enhance systems enabling agentic development including fast CI feedback and reliable dev environments.
Drive architectural decisions from service design to platform evolution.
