Senior Engineer - AI Product Engineering

TTMS is an internal AI team focused on creating and developing proprietary artificial intelligence products.

• 7+ years of experience as a developer/engineer
• At least one year of experience with commercial SaaS digital products
• Experience as Tech Lead, Dev Lead, Staff Engineer or similar
• Experience in creating and developing technology products
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems architecture and microservices
• Experience designing multitenant (SaaS) architectures
• Experience designing scalable systems
• Knowledge of application security concepts
• Ability to make technology decisions and collaborate within a team
• Technology stack: Python, Java, React, LLM, GenAI, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), microservices architecture, Cloud, Azure, Cosmos DB, NoSQL databases

Nice to have:

• Experience building AI/GenAI SaaS products
• Experience in MLOps / AI platform engineering
• Leadership experience in development teams

• Collaborate within a team building AI-based products including an AI e-learning authoring tool
• Design and implement system architecture changes
• Make key technological decisions
• Build production systems using LLM, GenAI, and RAG
• Cooperate with product and business teams
• Mentor developers and elevate the technical level of the team
• Establish engineering and architectural standards
