Integration Engineer (Data Center)

Our client is a leading global data center provider delivering hyperscale and edge infrastructure solutions across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific with 80+ data centers in 20+ countries. They partner with industry leaders such as Google, Oracle, NVIDIA, and Microsoft Azure to power the world’s digital infrastructure.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise integration engineering or related technical roles.
• At least 2 years experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, UiPath, or Workato; MuleSoft preferred.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Experience integrating ERP, HRIS, ITSM, and FinOps platforms in multi-cloud environments.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, and/or Bash.
• Knowledge of ETL patterns, event-driven architectures, and message queue systems.
• Strong understanding of data security, access control, and zero-trust integration principles.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into well-documented technical designs.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, infrastructure, and business teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in data center or industrial/OT environments.
• Hands-on experience with FinOps tooling like Apptio or Azure Cost Management.
• Experience administering systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, Rippling, BlackLine, or Ironclad.
• Experience integrating Rippling, ADP, or similar HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms.
• Experience with AI-powered coding tools and IaC technologies like Terraform or Bicep.
• Exposure to AI/ML pipeline architectures and data preparation.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps practices at scale.

Enterprise Integration Platform:

• Build and support integrations across ERP, HRIS, FinOps tooling, ITSM, and in-house platforms.
• Build, test, and deploy MuleSoft APIs, flows, and transformations.
• Design scalable, secure data flows using REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, ETL pipelines, and middleware.
• Establish integration standards and governance frameworks.
• Evaluate and select integration platforms and middleware for a multi-cloud environment.
• Connect the Master Data Management platform to company applications.
• Collaborate with cloud services and business owners to meet data accuracy and governance requirements.

Automation & Workflow Engineering:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and pipelines using Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Build and govern CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments.
• Identify and eliminate manual data handoffs through automation.
• Learn low-code/no-code platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, and Workato.

Monitoring, Reliability & Documentation:

• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability for integration pipelines.
• Maintain technical documentation including data dictionaries, flow diagrams, and runbooks.
• Lay foundation for future AI/ML applications consuming enterprise data.

Administrate Enterprise Systems:

• Assist in routine system administration tasks such as user access and system record updates.

Minimum 4 hour overlap with EST timezone is required. This is a surge position for a minimum of 6 months.
