Mid/Senior Product Engineer

Telemedi is a leader in the telemedicine market, operating at a large scale with thousands of medical consultations daily involving real patients and doctors. They provide plug & play digital healthcare solutions leveraged with AI and other high-tech technologies across more than 20 global markets, supporting key global insurance, assistance, healthcare, and financial companies.

• Solid engineering foundations including understanding of programming principles, design patterns (SOLID, DRY, KISS), and system design
• Hands-on production experience with React Native and strong foundations in React with TypeScript for web frontend development
• Experience working with databases
• Comfort making decisions based on product analytics and data metrics
• Proven ownership managing features end-to-end, beyond just implementing tickets
• Fluent Polish language skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin) beyond React Native
• Knowledge of Symfony/PHP for backend API integration
• Experience with large-scale B2C products
• Familiarity with GraphQL

• Develop mobile application features in React Native including new functionalities, refactoring, and bug fixing
• Support the web team in JavaScript and PHP as needed based on priorities
• Participate in product-side solution design, evaluating "whether and why to build" features
• Analyze product data and metrics to inform the product roadmap
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with QA and developer teams
