You will implement and customize the Guidewire core insurance system and develop internal systems as part of the R&D team. As a senior developer, you will share knowledge, design IT solutions, create unit tests, and work directly with clients in an agile environment. The role requires strong expertise in Java and insurance domain experience.

Wymagania

At least 4 years of commercial experience as a software developer, preferably in Java.
Hands-on experience in the insurance domain.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
Solid understanding of software engineering concepts.
Good command of English at B2/C1 level.
Good command of French or German at B2 level.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Experience with Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS, Spring, or similar.
"Can do" attitude.
Ability to work in the European Union.

Nice to have:

Guidewire experience and certificates.
Experience in consulting.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and solutions.
Willingness to travel regularly.

Obowiązki

Implement and customize Guidewire core insurance system using alternative JVM languages.
Develop internal systems as part of the R&D team.
Support the team by sharing knowledge and acting as an authority for junior members.
Design IT solutions and prepare documentation.
Create unit tests.
Work directly with clients as an active member of an agile project team.
