Wymagania
- 5+ years in Technical/Platform Product Management or engineering leadership with a focus on technical, platform, or developer-facing products.
- Platform-as-a-product mindset focused on internal engineering customers.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals and technical fluency.
- Strong grasp of API design, versioning, documentation, lifecycle management (deprecation, backward compatibility).
- Knowledge of distributed systems, messaging/event-driven architectures (including Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS), and authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT).
- Familiarity with SLAs/SLOs, uptime, latency, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Professional-level English (spoken and written).
Nice to have:
- Experience with authentication and/or messaging systems.
- Familiarity with GDPR, consent, and email deliverability at scale.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), and modern CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
- Experience facilitating InnerSource or community-driven shared services contributions.
- Interest or experience in Spec-Driven Development and AI coding assistants (Cursor, MCP).
- Background in Scientific Publishing.
Obowiązki
- Own and evolve the roadmap for IAM and Messaging, prioritizing internal engineering demand, security, compliance, and scalability.
- Translate engineering needs into clear specifications and a prioritized backlog (PRDs/SDDs).
- Co-design with engineering on architecture trade-offs, API contracts, and service-level requirements.
- Manage service/API lifecycle including versioning strategy, deprecation, and backward compatibility.
- Serve as primary contact for internal developers integrating IAM and Messaging, managing discovery, onboarding, and support.
- Define and track success metrics such as adoption, reliability (SLAs/SLOs), integration time, security posture, and cost.
- Partner with Security, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and alignment with the Technology Framework.
- Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and priorities transparently to engineering leadership and stakeholders.
