Business Analyst (Data Governance)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business or IT analysis
• Experience independently gathering business requirements and preparing analytical documentation
• Experience in projects related to data management, system integration, or data centralization
• Very good knowledge of business and process analysis techniques
• Experience working in Agile project methodologies
• Effective communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and ability to organize complex business issues
• Experience in business process modeling
• Ability to collaborate in multi-team environments
• English language proficiency enabling work with project documentation

Nice to have:

• Experience with client or entity data in banking or financial sectors
• Experience in golden record, master data, or data governance projects
• Knowledge of IT system architecture in large organizations
• Experience in regulated environments, especially banking or finance
• Experience with integration projects based on API REST/JSON
• Ability to prepare integration action plans
• Experience in analyzing and modeling data dictionaries

• Providing business analysis services in a banking project focused on data management, data quality, and organizational transformation towards a DATA-DRIVEN approach
• Collaborating on initiatives related to data centralization, advanced metadata engineering, and automation of information management processes
• Analyzing business requirements collected through workshops, interviews, and process analysis
• Modeling business processes related to data governance
• Preparing and maintaining analytical documentation
• Working with architects, system analysts, business experts, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and data issues and recommending improvements
• Supporting initiatives in Agile methodologies, including backlog management, user stories, and refinements
• Coordinating project information flow and facilitating effective communication among project participants

• Project location: Warsaw
• Service delivery mode: hybrid with presence at the Warsaw office twice a month
• Project budget up to 120 PLN/h + VAT depending on experience and service scope
