M365 Specialist (Sharepoint, Dynamics)

ConnectPoint specializes in IoT and IT/OT integration. They combine industry knowledge with system integration, software development, data processing, GIS, BI, and machine learning competencies. Their clients include major international corporations as well as local energy, water, and heat suppliers.

• At least one year of experience working with Sharepoint and Dynamics M365
• Open to tasks involving other M365 tools (e.g., Forms, Teams)
• Proficient in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and understanding of the Dataverse data model
• Experience working directly with clients and conducting trainings
• Ability to translate between technical language and business language

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as PL-200, MB-230 (Customer Service)
• Knowledge of SQL and JavaScript
• Experience with Dynamics (HR module) and Confluence

• Customize the platform (Sharepoint and Dynamics) for internal and client needs
• Configure, design, and manage ticketing processes
• Create flows and applications in Power Automate/Power Apps
• Organize and conduct trainings for end users
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to adapt solutions and solve technical problems
