Technical Engagement Lead - Data & AI (Kraków/Wrocław/Warsaw, Poland)

• 5–8 years of relevant experience with significant ownership of technical projects or client engagements.
• Strong engineering background comfortable with designing, implementing, reviewing, and debugging production systems.
• Deep expertise in at least one area such as GenAI, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud, Data Platforms, ML, or Data Science, with ability to work across disciplines.
• Strong problem decomposition and system design skills, translating business problems into requirements, architecture, trade-offs, and delivery plans.
• Experience leading engineers or teams with responsibility for delivery outcomes.
• Effective communication with clients and senior stakeholders, building trust and contributing to proposals and account growth.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing services is a strong plus.

• Own the engagement end-to-end, including client relationship and delivery outcomes.
• Turn client problems into delivery plans with clear objectives, scope, and roadmap.
• Own the technical solution by shaping architecture and ensuring engineering quality.
• Lead and manage the team to create a high-performing environment and provide direction.
• Help grow the business by identifying new opportunities and assisting in pre-sales and client engagements.
