• Experience cooperating with technology service providers

• Communicative knowledge of English

• Supervise IT security environment including VPN, EDR, and server infrastructure
• Participate in cybersecurity initiatives, audits, security testing, and business continuity analysis
• Create, update, and implement IT procedures and documentation
• Administer and maintain solutions supporting organizational security
• Coordinate purchasing, inventory, and management of computer equipment
• Prepare workstations for new employees and handle user offboarding processes
• Manage access rights, licenses, domains, and certificates
• Collaborate with IT service providers and monitor service quality
• Control costs, contracts, and settlements related to IT infrastructure and services
• Coordinate cooperation with technology partners in security and infrastructure areas
