Database Developer (Oracle)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in database development and maintenance
• Very good knowledge of Oracle and SQL
• Experience with or readiness to work in PostgreSQL environment
• Experience in designing and maintaining data structures and data models
• Experience in migration, integration, and data transformation
• Understanding of reference data issues and data quality
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience working in multi-team project environments
• English proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking sector projects
• Practical knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM)
• Experience with central reference dictionaries
• Experience in large corporate environments

• Provide services on a banking sector project building and enhancing central dictionary applications and corporate reference data
• Analyze and verify data structures and data models in Oracle and PostgreSQL environments
• Design, develop, and maintain conversion tables and corporate reference dictionaries, including defining new data attributes
• Execute data migration, export, and transformation processes, including CSV data processing
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and business owners on changes related to reference data management
• Ensure consistency, quality, and correctness of data used by banking systems

Services are performed hybrid with presence in Warsaw office 2 days a week; the project budget is up to 125 PLN/hour plus VAT depending on experience and scope; location is Warsaw.
