• Commercial experience as a Systems Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in complex IT environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux (RHEL or AIX).
• Knowledge of automation, CI/CD, and RoD tools.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms and AWS services.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK.
• Ability to leverage AI-based tools to automate tasks, troubleshoot issues, and improve operational efficiency.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Knowledge of networking, IT security, and security configuration.
• Knowledge of database connectivity and application performance.
• Experience working in banking environments or systems with high availability and security requirements.

• Development, maintenance, and integration of banking systems in containerized and Unix environments.
• Ensuring the availability, performance, and security of applications and platforms.
• Diagnosing and resolving application, infrastructure, network, and integration issues.
• Participating in transformation, automation, and cloud migration projects.
• Developing CI/CD processes using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Elastic.
• Monitoring environments and creating dashboards using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Collaborating with technology teams and external vendors.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
