Product Manager

Tenarai is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the full end-to-end software CRM product vision and roadmap across the CRM++ value stream. The company operates in enterprise SaaS environments, focusing on Salesforce cloud solutions and CRM ecosystems.

• 9-12 years of Product Manager / SFDC product experience in enterprise SaaS; Principal-level thinking.
• Deep hands-on Salesforce platform expertise including funnel, forecasting, renewals, entitlements, master data, and partner/subscription ecosystems.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lead-to-Cash processes.
• Skilled in enterprise-grade product management frameworks like MoSCoW and RICE.
• Experienced in multi-VP stakeholder management and presenting to L3/L4 sponsors.
• Proficient in data-driven decision making using Salesforce dashboards, Tableau, and Excel forecasting.
• Understanding of adjacent platforms such as WXP, SAP OTC, MDM/MADO, CPQ/IQ, Neuron, and transactional selling.

1. Product Strategy & Multi-Cloud Roadmap:

• Define platform vision aligning business goals with Salesforce cloud solutions.
• Build multi-cloud strategy evaluating Salesforce product integrations.
• Evaluate feature, third-party, or custom development options.

2. Technical Strategy & AI/Automation Governance:

• Strategize Salesforce AI capabilities implementation (Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder).
• Collaborate on data architecture leveraging Data Cloud or external data lakes.
• Manage technical debt by migrating legacy setups toward platform automation like Flow Orchestration.

3. Stakeholder Management & Value Realization:

• Liaise between business units and IT, translating requests into platform capabilities.
• Measure outcomes such as lead conversion, user adoption, and platform costs.
• Manage priorities across teams to sequence implementation phases.

4. Release Management & Ecosystem Alignment:

• Evaluate Salesforce releases for feature planning and sandbox testing.
• Manage third-party SaaS vendors and external integrations.
• Monitor platform usage for cost optimization.

5. Agile Backlog & Delivery Supervision:

• Frame epics, user journeys, and dependencies for developers and architects.
• Partner with SFDC Product Owners or Scrum Masters during sprint planning and validation.
