Go Architect / Solution Architect (Go)

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on, production-level experience with Go, including deep understanding of goroutines, channels, context, memory model, and concurrency patterns.
• Higher education in Computer Science or related fields.
• Extensive experience implementing and configuring containerization within a team.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated/high-security domains.
• Proven experience designing distributed, microservice-based, and/or high-load systems.
• Strong expertise in designing REST and/or gRPC APIs, including versioning and backward compatibility.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), schema design, query optimization, and transactions.
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) and event-driven architecture.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with system design for high performance and maintainability.
• Understanding of system design principles such as scalability, fault tolerance, and observability (metrics, logging, tracing).
• Experience conducting architecture reviews and writing design documentation.
• English language proficiency at Advanced level or above.

• Designing and evolving scalable distributed systems in Go, selecting appropriate concurrency models balancing performance and maintainability.
• Collaborating with Product Managers to refine business goals into technical plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Anticipating edge cases, risks, and technical constraints early to avoid issues.
• Representing the engineering team in meetings with external stakeholders, explaining technical topics in business terms and challenging requirements.
• Leading and performing code reviews for senior engineers to ensure code quality, resilience, and reliability.
• Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes for faster and safer code delivery.
