Lead Go Developer

• 5+ years of Go development experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Higher education in Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive experience working with AI and implementing it in teams.
• Experience in fintech and banking domains with complex integrations.
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Go (goroutines, channels, sync primitives).
• Expertise in system design for performance and maintainability.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance domain.

• Designing and evolving scalable distributed systems in Go, selecting appropriate concurrency models.
• Collaborating with Product Managers to refine business goals into technical delivery roadmaps.
• Anticipating edge cases, risks, and technical constraints in planning phases.
• Representing the engineering team in meetings with external stakeholders, explaining technical topics clearly.
• Leading and performing code reviews to maintain high code standards.
• Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes.
