Business Analysis Trainee

Andersen is an international IT company and one of the leaders in outsourcing software development. They create digital products for clients worldwide, starting with a deep understanding of business goals, client objectives, and user needs. The traineeship offers experienced mentors and regular feedback, a personal coordinator to support adaptation, real Business Analysis challenges including requirements gathering and user stories, broad domain expertise in banking, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, and a strong BA community for learning and professional growth.

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (verbal communication)
• Completed Business Analysis courses
• Strong theoretical knowledge of Business Analysis
• Willingness to communicate extensively, ask questions, and dive into details
• Desire to grow in Business Analysis and IT

Nice to have:

• German proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
• Experience in healthcare, finance (banking, insurance, accounting, auditing), consulting, or international law
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, Scrum, Kanban, User stories, Use Cases, Vision & scope, UX design

• Apply Business Analysis theory to real project tasks
• Participate in gathering requirements and communicating with stakeholders
• Contribute to the creation of digital products
• Engage in a hands-on approach during the traineeship
