• 5+ years experience in Go development
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Higher education in Computer Science or related field
• Experience working with AI and implementing it within a team
• Experience in fintech and banking domains with complex integrations
• Proficiency with concurrency patterns in Go
• Knowledge of system design for scalable backend systems
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Advanced level of English

• Develop scalable, distributed backend systems using Golang
• Design system architecture for high performance and maintainability
• Lead the development team with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Implement concurrency patterns in Go such as goroutines, channels, and sync primitives
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
• Use CI/CD tools and pipelines like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
