5+ years of commercial software development experience
Strong commercial experience with C++ including modern standards
Experience developing desktop applications with Qt and QML
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and design patterns
Experience working with large codebases and long-term projects as well as smaller agile ones
Familiarity with version control, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate internationally
English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
Experience with Windows and/or macOS development environments
Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
Experience supporting technical decisions and leading development teams
Experience with Proof of Concept initiatives
Python programming skills
