DLP Operations Analyst

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, or Data Protection.
• Practical experience in monitoring and analyzing Data Loss Prevention incidents.
• Knowledge of DLP tools such as Microsoft Purview, Symantec DLP, Zscaler, or CASB solutions.
• Experience in handling security incidents and working according to the Incident Response cycle.
• Understanding of data protection, information classification, and data lifecycle management.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams in an international environment.
• Knowledge of operating systems and basic cybersecurity concepts.
• Very good command of the English language.

• Monitor and analyze data protection incidents and alerts using DLP tools.
• Conduct triage, classification, and escalation of security events according to procedures.
• Coordinate remediation activities and collaborate with Cybersecurity, IT, and business teams to reduce data leakage risks.
• Support the information security incident handling process from detection to closure and remediation.
• Create, optimize, and tune DLP policies to reduce false positives and improve monitoring effectiveness.
• Analyze data protection risks and recommend actions to enhance security levels.
• Support data classification processes and information lifecycle management.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and information for key stakeholders and management teams.
