• Commercial backend engineering experience for 5+ years in high-load environments.
• Strong knowledge of Go including advanced features like generics, reflection, unsafe, and custom synchronization primitives.
• Strong SQL knowledge including schema design, scaling strategies (replication, partitioning, sharding), and query optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of Redis data structures and their use in high-load systems.
• Experience with sync/async inter-service communication protocols such as gRPC and message brokers focused on reliability under high load.
• Deep understanding of microservice architecture patterns and efficient client-server interactions.
• Proven ability to design and implement observability strategies including metrics, logging, dashboards, and distributed tracing.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes (or analogues), and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or similar.
• Ability to write maintainable, testable code with solid unit and integration test coverage.
• Proficiency with Git branching, PRs, and code review workflows.
• English language level from Intermediate+ and above.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and reliable backend services according to business needs.
• Driving technical research, architecture design, and implementation of backend services and new features.
• Conducting cross-team collaboration to deliver cohesive and optimal solutions.
• Actively participating in code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Writing clean, effective, and maintainable code based on company standards.
• Taking ownership of backend services lifecycle, including delivery, monitoring, and maintaining services in production.
• Setting up and maintaining observability infrastructure: metrics, logging, dashboards, and tracing.
• Mentoring and guiding other engineers, advocating for best practices and high standards.
• Participating in agile practices such as discovery, refinement, decomposition, sprint planning, and demos.
