Wymagania

  • Minimum 3 years of Data Science experience with ownership of complex, multi-sprint projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Advanced Python with production-quality, tested code.
  • Strong SQL and PySpark skills, including work with billion-row datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks workflows, Delta Lake, and job orchestration.
  • Working knowledge of AWS or GCP.
  • Strong Machine Learning fundamentals: regression, classification, clustering, model evaluation, experimental design.
  • Experience in MLOps including experiment tracking, Airflow orchestration, and reproducible deployment.
  • Familiarity with RAG, LLM applications, vector databases, and semantic search.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • English language proficiency at an intermediate or higher level.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of knowledge graphs, entity resolution, RDF, OWL, SPARQL, record linkage, identity graphs, embedding-based matching.
  • Experience with causal inference, A/B testing, synthetic control, or uplift modeling.
  • Experience in deduplication, enrichment, or web-to-TV linkage.
  • Media/ad tech experience including TV/ACR/STB, audience modelling, cross-platform measurement, privacy-aware identity resolution.
  • Familiarity with Nielsen, Comscore, LiveRamp, or The Trade Desk.

Obowiązki

  • Own end-to-end delivery of data science projects, from scoping and solution design to production.
  • Select and document methodologies, models, metrics, and timelines.
  • Build production-quality Python and PySpark solutions on Databricks.
  • Apply DataOps/MLOps best practices, including experiment tracking, orchestration, monitoring, and reproducibility.
  • Develop ML/AI workflows such as entity resolution, probabilistic record linkage, embeddings, semantic similarity, and LLM-augmented pipelines.
  • Create reusable tools and documentation, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior data scientists.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations on scalable solutions.
